RESET

A deeply restorative body treatment designed to stimulate lymphatic flow, support collagen production and help lower cortisol levels. Ideal for stress, nervous-system downshift, deeper relaxation and supporting better sleep and recovery.

RESET is a deeply restorative body treatment designed to help the body shift out of stress mode and into recovery. Research on LPG Endermologie® in stressed individuals with sleep disturbances reported a 19% reduction in salivary cortisol after a single 40-minute session, with reductions reaching 45% after a 10-session programme. The same programme was associated with improvements in stress markers and a 54.7% reduction in insomnia scores, highlighting the potential benefits of regular treatment for both daytime recovery and sleep quality. By supporting lymphatic flow, circulation and gentle tissue stimulation, RESET helps release physical tension and creates the conditions for a calmer, more restorative state. Massage research more broadly also supports its role in reducing stress responses and promoting relaxation, with emerging evidence suggesting benefits for sleep when incorporated into a regular recovery routine. With regular sessions, RESET becomes more than a moment of relaxation — it is a longevity ritual designed to support a healthier day-to-day stress environment, deeper recovery and more restorative sleep, helping the body feel lighter, calmer and better equipped to recover from the demands of everyday life.
